Keep your hands and wrists healthy while Using your Phone!

We are constantly looking at our phones, looking up recipes, old friends from high school or playing games in our downtime. Have you ever considered how phone usage could be affecting your hand and wrist health?

According to Rescue Time, we are on our phones for an average of three hours and 15 minutes a day! Now that we have a better understanding of how much time we spend on the phone liking, sharing, and picture taking: Here are some tips to help keep your hands and wrists healthy!

  • Don’t hold your phone all the time. Use your desktop or laptop when possible to check emails or using the internet, this will help decrease neck strain!

  • Give your hands and fingers a break by taking a break every hour you are on the same activity!

  • Look away from your screen occasionally to give your eyes a rest!

  • Buy a PopSocket! If you have a large phone or trouble holding your phone, a PopSocket can help you reduce wrist strain!
