How old are you? 30
What was your injury? My arm was crushed by a crane, I should have lost it. But I didn't and I had to have a lot of surgeries after which I ended up going to GPT for physical therapy.
Which therapists did you work with? Dan Clouston, I've been seeing him for about 2.5 years.
Has GPT helped you get back to where you were physically before your injury? I shouldn't have any motion but I do have some motion back. There shouldn't be any movement but it's better than nothing!
In what ways did GPT help? Dan has been through similar situations with other people. He knew what to say and the different types of exercises to have me do to help with pain as well as get my arm to work right. Everybody at GPT is really great and I've gotten to know them over the years. I have a 2-year-old boy and I take him with me 2 out of the 4 days a week I go. Everyone treats him well and everyone just has an overall positive attitude at GPT.
I definitely recommend GPT to people. I've seen a lot of people show up there over the years in pretty bad shape and in a few months or even a year you wouldn't even know something happened to them. I would highly recommend GPT!
