Approach things with a positive attitude and things will work out.
— James Sedey

 James Sedey, PTA

James Sedey, PTA, loves the opportunity to work with people and to help them feel better. The atmosphere and the people of Gillette Physical Therapy are what made James decide that GPT was the place he wanted to start his career.

James graduated with a PTA license and bachelor's degree in kinesiology and health from UW, he hopes to bring his empathy and compassion for others to his patients at GPT. James brings empathy and understanding to every interaction with his patients, this allows him to see where people are coming from.

Although James' professional career started when he worked as a physical therapy tech years ago, his initial interest in physical therapy was sparked when he experienced an injury of his own. Because of his positive experience with his physical therapist, he decided to change his major from engineering to physical therapy.

When James isn't at the clinic, he enjoys hunting, fishing, being up in the mountains, and watching football. James also enjoys being physically active, working with the athlete population, and spending time with his parents and sister. To keep in connection with his community in Rock Springs, James would volunteer as a wrestling coach for youth wrestling and try volunteer time when he could.

James' motto for life has always been: Approach things with a positive attitude and things will work out.
